Take a bowl and blend cheese, fruit sweet and egg yolk together. Combine together by adding milk powder till the batter becomes smooth. Pound egg white separately till a nice foam is formed and then add it to the mixture and beat it again till it is well mixed. Now take a 9 inches spring form pan and butter its bottom. Add a little amount of water in the oven to keep away from drying. After baking for almost 45 minutes insert a tooth pick or knife to check if the cake is baked.
