I am a college student and I own a Samsung SCX-4016 printer. On most days, I print out countless pages for the necessary papers I need to submit. It is only practical for me to have my own printer for convenience and efficiency. At times though, unexpected things happen. I have experienced running out of toner and failing to find the specific cartridge at the same time. On those incidents, I discovered compatibility of different cartridges to various printers. Every time I get into situations like that, I would choose The Samsung 4216D3 compatible toners as replacement.
It was clear that the Samsung SCX cartridge was of high quality. The smooth outputs I got said it all. Every character on the paper was crisp and sharp. The best part is that the quality was consistent. It was quality prints from the first printed page to the last.
The toner cartridge is in monochrome and designed specifically for laser printers just like mine. It has a weight of 2.3 lbs that is fitting for its dimensions which is 12.9 in x 6.6 in x 4.6 in. The cartridge is packed with quality ink as it prints 3,000 sheets. It is also compatible with the Samsung SCX-565P, SCX-4116, SCX-4216F, SCX-755P, SF-560 and SF-750 printers.
It is important to take note that there are many fake Samsung toner cartridges out there. Of course, generic is not in the same category. You might pay good money for a cheap imitation. This will not only affect your work, but also negate your view on a good product.
If you choose actual Samsung toner, there is a label that is easily recognizable by its color changes. You will notice that the label will change from clear to cyan. A closer look on the label will give you a picture of embossed characters. These characters change colors too. This time, though, the change is between blue, gold and red depending on the angle you look from. Feel the distinct texture of the characters to verify.
Changing the printer cartridge is easy enough to do. I do this myself with my Samsung printer. First, open the front cabinet where you will see the old cartridge. Remove the cartridge slowly and place it aside. Then, unpack the cartridge from the wrap. It is important that you roll the cartridge slowly to allow for better printing. Slide the ready cartridge in the cabinet until it is secured. Close the cabinet and the printer is all set and ready for use.
It is important to remember not to throw the old printer cartridge away. This actually applies to all cartridges. Currently, Samsung is helping to make the earth greener by recycling their cartridges. All you need to do is pack-up your used cartridges and mail it back to them.
I rarely encountered problems using Samsung 4216D3 ink and toner. Once I did a little searching online for Samsung replacement toners, I found some excellent and reputable sites that offered so much value with ink and toner.
